PensionDanmark Invests €27M In Property

PensionDanmark is investing around €27 million in a residential property development in Jutland.

PensionDanmark is investing around €27 million in a residential property development in Jutland, IPE reports. The Danish customer-owned pension fund is also seeking to allocate as much as €268.53 million to real estate annually over the next five years.

The €14.76 billion labor market pension fund aims to build 111 new apartments in Vejle harbor, which is expected to be ready for occupation in early 2013. In total, the fund has €1.07 billion committed to real estate.
