DoubleVerify, the pioneer and worldwide leader in online media verification and compliance, has secured $33 million in venture capital financing. The investment round was led by JMI Equity and Institutional Venture Partners (IVP). Other participants in the funding round include existing investors Blumberg Capital and First Round Capital. Bob Nye of JMI Equity and Dennis Phelps of IVP have joined the DoubleVerify board of directors. This latest investment brings the company’s total financing to $47 million.
