B Gaon Holdings is creating new a $100 million cleantech fund via Gaon Agro Industries, Globes reports. The Aguagro II Fund will be a follow-on of the Aguagro Fund, which invested an estimated $50 million in developing technologies. The fund will invest in new water, energy and smart agriculture technologies and will have a portfolio of 10 to 12 companies. The investment will mainly be made in Israeli companies. The new fund will soon launch a financing round among Israeli and foreign investors.
