Angela Russo has been appointed by Nasdaq Dubai as general counsel and acting head of market regulation, Mondovisione reports. She will be responsible for developing the exchange’s focus on boosting its regulatory framework and activities in line with international standards.
Russo joined Nasdaq Dubai in February from Legatum Group, where she was senior vice president - legal and a director at its head office in Dubai. Prior to this, she was an associate at Dubai-based law firm Afridi & Angell.
