PineBridge Investments has closed its latest collateralized loan obligation (CLO) Galaxy XI CLO. The global multi-asset class investment manager’s CLO sold approximately $400 million of notes and closed on August 18. Goldman Sachs was placement agent for the transaction and O’Melveny & Myers the adviser. Pinebridge, which managed a total of $7.2 billion in leveraged finance as of June 30, has brought 14 CLOs to the market so far.
