Quantum Energy Partners has created a new company Bluestem Energy in partnership with Jack Hightower. The newly formed company will mainly engage in the acquisition of oil and gas producing properties as well as the exploitation and exploration of reserves within targeted strategic trends in North America.
The energy private equity firm has invested approximately $1 billion in equity in Bluestem. The energy venture will be managed by Chairman, CEO and president Hightower and his team.
