Barclays Capital (BarCap) is seeking to expand its research of Latin American (LatAm) companies with the appointment of three equity analysts, Bloomberg reports. The investment banking division of Barclays has selected Pedro Grimaldi as one of its equity analyst. He is joining the firm from Goldman Sachs. BarCap has also appointed Gabriel Lima to handle Latin American food and beverages and Vera Rossi to manage telecommunications.
