Deutsche Bank is buying back all outstanding securities in three ELEMENTS ETNs linked to the Benjamin Graham indexes. The ETNs are the ELEMENTS Benjamin Graham Total Market Value Index-Total Return ETN, ELEMENTS Benjamin Graham Large Cap Value Index-Total Return ETN and ELEMENTS Benjamin Graham Small Cap Value Index-Total Return ETN. Cash payment will be made to the holders of the ETNs in an amount equal to the daily repurchase value on such date. The ETNs are likely to be suspended from trading on August 25.
