DONG Energy A/S has secured a revolving credit facility worth €1.3 billion. The five-year loan, which includes two one-year extension options, will replace an existing €750 million credit facility signed in May 2010.
The proceeds from the credit line will be used for general corporate purposes. Thirteen banks, including Barclays Bank, BNP Paribas, Danske Bank, Deutsche Bank, NOR Bank, Handelsbanken, JPMorgan Chase and Royal Bank of Scotland, were lead arrangers and book runners for the loan.
