Kenya’s NSSF Picks Six Managers

Kenya’s National Social Security Fund has selected six money managers.

Kenya’s National Social Security Fund (NSSF) has selected six money managers, Pensions & Investments reports. The Nairobi-based fund has made the appointments to increase returns on its investments. The $1.2 billion state-run fund hired Stanbic Investment Management, Old Mutual, Genesis Investment Management, Co-op Trust Investment Services, PineBridge Investments and ICEA Asset Management. Transactions will be managed by custodians Kenya Commercial Bank and Standard Chartered Bank, adds Bloomberg.
