BlackRock has appointed Jeffrey Rosenberg as chief investment strategist, fundamental fixed income, Pensions & Investments reports. He will work under Rick Rieder, CIO of fundamental fixed-income portfolios, and Robert Stanley, head of BlackRock’s retail fixed-income portfolio management team. The firm has also named Andrew Swan as managing director and head of the Asian fundamental equities team. Swan will report to Quintin Price, CIO for fundamental equity. Previously, Rosenberg was head of global credit strategy at Bank of America, while Swan has joined from JP Morgan Asset Management.
