Promsvyaznedvizhimost has acquired the Alfa Arbat Center office complex on Moscow’s Arbat Street, PropertyEU reports. The deal has been valued at $238 million. The property is owned by and partially leased to Russian oil company TNK-BP.
Cushman & Wakefield has managed the sale. The move follows TNK-BP’s decision to relocate to the Nordstar tower in the Begovoi neighborhood of Moscow.
