Terra Firma has got permission from Chinese authorities to open an office in Beijing, AltAssets reports. The new office will target business development opportunities for the firm’s portfolio businesses, investment as well as merger and acquisition opportunities.
It will also focus on outbound investment opportunities to partner with Chinese companies. Bo Shi will head the new office. Terra Firma currently manages over $30 billion of assets.
