BBVA Compass will offer the person-to-person (P2P) payment service ZashPay from Fiserv. The new system will let customers send money to people with a U.S. bank account using the recipient’s email address or mobile number.
The payment is cut directly from the sender’s banking account and deposited into the recipient’s account. Through the new service, payments are delivered in one business day. To use this Simple Personal Payments system, BBVA Compass customers can access the program through an online bill payment system.
