JRK Buys Nine U.S. Apartment Complexes

JRK Property has acquired nine U.S. apartment complexes via its new fund.

JRK Property has acquired nine U.S. apartment complexes via its new fund, GlobeSt reports. JRK paid about $160 million for five of the assets, using $50 million of equity from its second institutional fund, the JRK Multifamily Platform.

Combined with four assets that the company bought late last year for about $140 million, JRK has now acquired about $300 million worth of properties. It has invested about $70 million of the $250 million in its multifamily fund.
