JRK Property has acquired nine U.S. apartment complexes via its new fund.

JRK Property has acquired nine U.S. apartment complexes via its new fund, GlobeSt reports. JRK paid about $160 million for five of the assets, using $50 million of equity from its second institutional fund, the JRK Multifamily Platform. Combined with four assets that the company bought late last year for about $140 million, JRK has now acquired about $300 million worth of properties. It has invested about $70 million of the $250 million in its multifamily fund.
