Marks & Spencer has unveiled a new staff retirement plan.

Marks & Spencer has unveiled a new staff retirement plan, Financial News reports. The launch comes prior to the government’s pension reforms being implemented next year, wherebyU.K. employers will be obliged to enroll their staff into a plan.

The U.K. retailer’s new scheme will be managed by insurance firm Legal & General. Under the company’s new structure, staff will contribute either 3% or 6% of their salary to the scheme.
