Marks & Spencer has unveiled a new staff retirement plan, Financial News reports. The launch comes prior to the government’s pension reforms being implemented next year, whereby U.K. employers will be obliged to enroll their staff into a plan. The U.K. retailer’s new scheme will be managed by insurance firm Legal & General. Under the company’s new structure, staff will contribute either 3% or 6% of their salary to the scheme.
