Russia’s Nomos Bank is mulling selling shares worth $600 million

Russia’s Nomos Bank is mulling selling shares worth $600 million, Reuters reports. The bank will use the proceeds to fund the acquisition of a 48.7% stake in Bank Khanty-Mansyisk.

The lender also intends to raise $500-600 million through a secondary public offering. The mid-sized bank, which raised $782 million via an initial public offering in April, is also seeking to raise $500 million through a subordinated loan.
