Herschel Asset Management has outsourced the management of its Australian equities fund to Bennelong Funds Management. The Australian boutique fund manager will take over the management and trustee responsibilities of the portfolio immediately.
As part of the transfer, the Herschel Absolute Return Fund will be renamed as the Bennelong Kardinia Absolute Return Fund. It will be managed by Mark Burgess with support from Kristiaan Rehder and will be open to new investors from September.
