The UAE Exchange has shut its U.K. operations after a South London branch was engulfed in flames due to unrest in the city.

The UAE Exchange has shut its U.K. operations after a South London branch was engulfed in flames due to unrest in the city, The National reports. The Abu Dhabi-based currency house has seven storefronts spread across the south-east of England, including Croydon, East Ham and Wembley. The exchange also has a foothold in Birmingham. It was founded in Abu Dhabi in 1980, and first opened offices in the U.K. in 2003.
