MMC will raise about $251.6 million from the listing of its unit Gas Malaysia, Reuters reports. The Malaysian builder will issue about 333.8 million shares on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. The investment unit of Maybank, Malaysia’s biggest lender, has been appointed as adviser for the offering. MMC is looking to complete the listing by the last quarter of this year.
