Bank of America is eliminating about 3,500 jobs in the present quarter.

Bank of America (BofA) is eliminating about 3,500 jobs in the present quarter, The Wall Street Journal reports. The layoffs will be spread across divisions, including investment banking and trading. The terminations are likely to affect 3% to 5% of the lender’s employees. The job cuts are part of a restructuring effort by BofA.
