Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (Crédit Agricole CIB) has expanded its loan syndication group with the appointment of two executives. The unit of Crédit Agricole has hired Jean-Michel Fatovic and Federico Fiorentini as loan syndication group directors. In their new roles, Fatovic will be responsible for the distribution and trading of loans with a focus on the U.S. corporate and leveraged market, while Fiorentini will focus on the origination and structuring of syndicated loans in the Latin American market. Based in New York City, they will work under managing directors and heads of loan syndication sales and trading Jeff Ferrell and Jean-Philippe Adam, respectively.
