Janus Capital Group has unveiled the Janus Asia Equity Fund, which will invest in Asian markets, excluding Japan. The new fund will allocate at least 80% of its assets in emerging and established markets in Asia.
Based in Singapore, Hiroshi Yoh, a Janus portfolio manager, will manage the new equity Fund. Yoh’s Asian-based investment team will cooperate with the investment team in Denver. Global sectors will be covered by the U.S. global sector teams, while local or regional sectors will be handled by analysts in Singapore.
