Lovell Minnick Equity Partners II has agreed to combine its stake in ALPS Holdings with a division of ALPS’ future owner DST Systems. The deal will lead to a change in the management of ALPS’ unit ALPS Advisors.
Post-deal, ALPS Advisors-managed funds’ fund management agreement and portfolio management agreements with its sub-advisors will end. ALPS Advisors is the investment advisor of Liberty All-Star Equity Fund and Liberty All-Star Growth Fund.
