Renaissance Capital has appointed Ateev Chadda as head of investment banking and financing in India. He will be responsible for international capital raisings and listings for Indian companies and cross-border merger and acquisitions between India and the CIS and Africa and for assisting Indian companies seeking expansion into Africa and Russia.
Based in Mumbai, Chadda will report to head of new markets investment banking Hasnen Varawalla. Chadda joins the emerging market focused investment bank from Religare Capital Markets.
