ProMed Properties has acquired two office buildings in Boston for $112 million.

ProMed Properties has acquired two office buildings in Boston for $112 million. The North American wholly-owned subsidiary of Gazit-Globe bought a research building and a medial-office complex from Daymark Realty Advisors, adds Business Journal.

The buildings are 100% leased to Tufts Medical Center. ProMed has financed the acquisition with the assumption of existing loans of about $93 million. On the deal, Grubb & EllisPhil Giunta and Anthony Biette represented Daymark Realty.
