Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has expanded its China team with the hiring of Qing Hua and Charles Zhou, Finance Asia reports. Hua will be country executive for China, while Zhou will be managing director of the China origination division. Based in Shanghai, Hua will report to Sherry Liu, Chairman and CEO for RBS in China. Zhou will also report to Liu and work from Hong Kong. Hua was with JP Morgan in China for more than 10 years.
