NSF Gives $10M To Carleton College

The National Science Foundation has committed $10 million to Carleton College’s Science Education Resource Center for five years.

The National Science Foundation (NSF) has committed $10 million to Carleton College’s Science Education Resource Center (SERC) for five years. The grant will be used by the college to create a national STEP Center for its students.

The center will form the Interdisciplinary Teaching of Geoscience for a Sustainable Future (InTeGrate) project. The SERC InTeGrate STEP Center will develop a curriculum that will increase geosciences literacy of all undergraduate students.
