CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has expanded its Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Asia retail teams by appointing senior executives, PropertyEU reports. The firm has hired Sebastian Skiff as executive director in Beijing. Magnus Hammar, Victoria Haggårds and Mikael Karlsson are also joining the retail and logistics team in Sweden, led by Hammar.
CBRE has also added Bengt Axelsson and Tomas Pendén for its retail tenant team in Gothenburg. Additionally, the firm has appointed Shane Cahir and Niamh Riney as associate directors of Ireland.
