Helical Bar will buy the Corby town centre scheme for about £70 million, Property Week reports. The scheme, which is owned by Land Securities, was brought to the market via Savills for about £73 million.
Other bidders for the asset included Chester Properties, Delancey and Metric Properties. CB Richard Ellis is acting on behalf the buyer. Land Securities obtained the scheme through its purchase of Tops Estates in 2005.
