Ariel Investments has selected Rupal Bhansali as senior vice president and CIO of its international equities team. She will be responsible for managing new international and global strategies of the firm for its separately managed account clients and mutual fund shareholders.
In her new role, Bhansali will be based in New York and report to Ariel founder and CEO John Rogers. Bhansali is joining the firm from MacKay Shields, where she served as senior managing director, portfolio manager and head of international equities.
