Fischer Francis Trees & Watts (FFTW) has promoted Cedric Scholtes as head of global rates, Pensions & Investments reports. In his new role, he will lead a team of five devoted to conducting trades related to duration and yield.
Scholtes will also continue in his existing roles of portfolio manager as well as head of the firm’s U.S. government and inflation-linked portfolios. He has replaced Guy Williams, FFTW’s global CIO, who was overseeing global rates on an interim basis.
