Abrams Capital Management has raised $2.37 billion for a hedge fund, Citybizlist reports. The Abrams Capital Partners II has disclosed around 392 investors in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
David Abrams has been named as the managing member of the vehicle, while Frederic Leif and Michael Josephson are the CFO and COO, respectively. Abrams had raised $2.21 billion from 359 investors in April last year.
