Mark Price is joining interdealer broker Icap as group COO, Financial News reports. He will succeed Mark Yallop, who is stepping down from his role.

Price will be responsible for handling risk, compliance and human resources and providing management oversight of Icap’s IT infrastructure. Price has earlier worked with Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch.
