Whiterock Real Estate Investment Trust will acquire two office properties in Ontario worth $218 million. The REIT will pay$157 million for the Sussex Centre and around $61 million for the London City Centre.
The transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of this year. The REIT has partnered with Ontario-based investment firm Return on Innovation Capital to acquire the properties.
