James Kelly has joined Citi Prime Finance Group as director and pension specialist in capital introductions. Based in New York, he will work under Elizabeth Neely, the firm’s U.S. head of capital introductions.

Most recently, Kelly was working as head of transition management in the Americas, covering pension funds. He has previously worked with Morgan Stanley, where he initiated and developed the pension solutions group.
