Jonathan Bewes is joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BofA) as a senior managing director in its U.K. investment banking team, Financial News reports. Bewes will be based in London.
He will succeed Richard Taylor, who joined Merrill Lynch from HSBC in 2000 and is now leaving the U.S. bank. Most recently, Bewes was working with UBS as managing director in its corporate broking division. Prior to that, he spent nine years at Flemings.
