Royal Bank of Scotland is seeking to complete the sale of its aircraft leasing operations, Reuters reports, citing The Sunday Times. Bank of China is leading the race to buy the lender’s aircraft leasing division RBS Aviation Capital. The Chinese bank was one of the eight bidders for the Dublin-based business. The other bidders included General Electric and Terra Firma. RBS had called off the sale process for the unit last year.
