Chartwell Seniors Housing Real Estate Investment Trust will purchase the remaining 50% stake in a property portfolio. ING Real Estate Community Living Group will sell the stake for $169 million. As per the deal, Chartwell will also assume $135.8 million in debt. The remaining amount will be paid through Chartwell’s existing credit facility.
