Wesco has acquired the Millennium Warner Center apartments in Warner Center in Los Angeles county from Warner Center Apartments, GlobeSt reports. The joint venture sponsored by Essex Property Trust has paid a total of $132.85 million for the acquisition.
As a part of the deal, the seller was advised by Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap. The sale is one of the largest single-property apartment transactions in L.A. County since 2005.
IPA’s executive vice presidents Stan Jones and Ron Harris, associate vice president Sal Saglimbeni and associate director Joseph Smolen were a part of the representing team.
