The Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System’s (PennSERS) executive director Leonard Knepp is planning to retire by the end of 2011, Pensions & Investments reports. Knepp had been assistant executive director and director, audits, reporting and compliance.

He joined the $26 billion system in 2007. The system has launched a search for his replacement.
