The Bay Area Leadership Foundation (BALF) has appointed Marcy Straw as its new executive director. In her new role, she will manage daily operations, strategic direction and revenue generation for the foundation. Straw was formerly with Pacific Environment, an environmental justice not-for-profit. She was serving as deputy director for development and operations at the organization.
