Allianz Global Investors Investments Europe is planning to combine with Allianz Netherlands Asset Management (ANAM), Global Pensions reports. The Rotterdam-based portfolio will be responsible for managing Allianz fixed income, equity and balanced assets worth €6 billion.
As a part of the move, equity portfolio manager, Mark Reinalda, will co-head the AllianzGI Europe Netherlands branch in Rotterdam from July 1. ANAM is the third portfolio to be integrated and joins teams from Zurich and Munich alongside Paris and Milan.
