Rafael Carrillo has joined Barclays Capital as head of its Southeast Asia (SEA) financial institutions group (FIG). He will be based in Singapore.
Carrillo will work under Helge Trapness, Barclays Asia-Pacific head of FIG, and Sandeep Pahwa, who heads investment banking SEA. Previously, Carrillo was a member of Citigroup’s FIG team.
