Egypt is seeking to raise $1 billion from a sale of T-Bills.

Egypt is seeking to raise $1 billion from a sale of T-Bills, Bloomberg reports. The issue consists of notes worth $419.67 million maturing in six months and treasury bills worth $587.54 million, due to mature in one year. The Arab Central Bank will conduct the issue on behalf of the finance ministry. The North African country also intends to sell $503.60 million in three-year treasury bonds and $839.34 million in treasury bills by the beginning of August.
