Goldman Sachs’ head of commercial- mortgage bond trading Matthew Salem has resigned from his current position.

Goldman Sachs’ head of commercial- mortgage bond trading Matthew Salem has resigned from his current position, Bloomberg reports. He has been serving the lender since January 2006.

Salem joined the New York-based firm from Morgan Stanley. Separately, Goldman Sachs is also cutting about 1,000 jobs after reporting a decline in fixed-income revenue last quarter.
