Online event management provider Cvent has secured $136 million in venture capital funding, VC Circle reports. The investment round was led by New Enterprise Associates and Insight Venture Partners.
Greenspring Associates also participated in the fundraising process. The company plans to use the funds for technology developments, continued global expansion and for acquisitions.
