Poland will offload around 15.25% stake in lender PKO BP during 2011, Reuters reports. The stake will be sold in a secondary public offering.

As a part of the deal, the Treasury will sell 5% stake in the bank that it owns. Poland now owns 51% of PKO BP, together with BGK.
