Tanger Factory Outlet Centers has acquired three city outlets for about $199.3 million. The deal consists of two City Outlets in Atlantic City and a Factory Outlet in Ocean City.
The company will pay $125.8 million in cash for the transaction and assume about $73.5 million in debt. The properties’ tenants, include Adidas, American Eagle, Banana Republic, Brooks Brother, Coach and Calvin Klein.
