Pramerica Real Estate Investors and Groupe Hoche have formed a joint venture, Europe Real Estate reports. The joint venture will invest €150 million in residential and office developments in Paris in the next two years and has already invested €25 million in three projects in Paris. The venture has already purchased two office buildings in Courbevoie and a residential development in Puteaux. The joint venture will also explore opportunities in major French cities, including Lyon and Toulouse.
